Our process is simple:
1. Meet in person for an informal discussion about interior shutters and any additional window treatments for your home or office.
2. Provide you with a formal quote via email.
3. If the quote is accepted, we come to your home or business and do a formal measurement of your windows and/or doors. At this time we will discuss any questions or concerns you might have about custom shutters. During this visit, we ask that you pay the initial payment. (Down payment = 50% of your total quote, plus tax)
4. When production is close to completion, we will contact you to set up a time for professional installation. Our lead time is 5 (five) weeks.
5. Installation of your new custom shutters. At this time, we will collect the remaining balance of the quote.
Remember, we do not start ANYTHING until we have met with you, measured and discussed your custom shutters with you. The 5 (five) week lead time is fairly solid. At times orders can be ready a few days early, but we only promise what we can fulfill.
